Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer automatic returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind. Customers are encouraged to review product details and size charts carefully before placing an order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

A refund or replacement may be offered if an item:

 

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is significantly different from what was ordered

Requests must include clear photos of the issue and be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


 

3. SIZE-RELATED ISSUES (STORE CREDIT)

 

We understand that selecting the correct size online can sometimes be challenging.

While size-related returns or exchanges are not guaranteed, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit in certain cases.

Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return authorization is required before sending any item back

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If approved:

  • Store credit will be issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping)

  • Store credit is non-refundable and has no cash value

  • Store credit may be used toward a future purchase on our website

 

Approval is subject to review and availability.


 

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items
