2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Once an order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.


Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

 

3. SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

 

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.


YEEDCLO is not responsible for:

 

  • Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors

 

 

5. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS


If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Resolutions for lost or delayed shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

 

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.


These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price, unless stated otherwise.
